  • Proficiency in Help Desk Support for end users

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge or certifications in IT-related fields are a plus
  • Previous experience in on-site IT support roles will be an advantage
