Required Expertise and Qualifications
Familiarity with common networking hardware (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points) and cabling standards.
Relevant technical certification(s) such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to read and interpret network diagrams, follow change procedures, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work safely and professionally in on-site customer environments.
